Damien Hewetson is a London based photographer with a particular interest in derelict buildings and stunning architecture.
Over the last seven years, Damien has travelled around the world photographing abandoned buildings in various states of decay. During the Coronavirus lockdown Damien found himself presented with empty, almost abandoned streets on his commutes to work. His work gained national attention and was featured on the BBC news, after going viral online. These unique images show London like it has never been seen before. Damien is currently exhibiting work at the Southwark Playhouse theatre (15th October – 20th November) and has a 2021 ‘London in Lockdown’ calendar available for purchase.
